Welcome to Adore (the “Platform”), provided by Stay Close Travel Far LLC in the United States (collectively referred to as “Adore”, “we” or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the Adore application and services (collectively, our “Services”).
Accepting the Terms
Please review these Terms carefully. By downloading or using the Adore app, you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) are consenting to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you will have no right to use the Services.
Description of Services
Adore is a personal affirmation app that delivers daily affirmations personalized to your relationship patterns, attachment style, and emotional blocks. The app uses your responses to onboarding questions to build a customized daily affirmation mix designed to gradually rewire limiting beliefs about love.
The Services
Subject to these Terms, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available to you. All content within the app, including affirmations, illustrations, and features, is owned by Stay Close Travel Far LLC or its licensors.
Restrictions on Use
You will not directly or indirectly:
- Sell, license, distribute, copy, rent, or lease the Services or make them available to any third party
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Services
- Remove any copyright notices or restrictions contained in the Services
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harm another person
- Use another user’s account without permission
- Use the app to post offensive or illegal content
Availability
We are not responsible for any failure in the Services resulting from failures in telecommunications, network services, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that the Services or any content will always be available or uninterrupted.
User Content
Any affirmations you write within the app (“User Content”) are stored locally on your device and are not shared with us or any third party. You are solely responsible for any content you create within the app. If you wish to remove your User Content, you can delete it within the app or delete the app from your device.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use any paid features of the Services. We reserve the right to refuse the Services to any person at any time.
Paid Services
Adore offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly plan: $12.99 per month
- Annual plan: $59.99 per year
- A 3-day free trial is available for new subscribers
After the free trial, your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. No refunds are offered for any products or services offered via the app.
Monitoring and Compliance
We reserve the right to monitor use of the Services for the purpose of ensuring compliance with these Terms and applicable law. We may remove or disable access to the app at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content in the Adore app — including affirmations, illustrations, designs, software, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of Stay Close Travel Far LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without our express written permission.
Disclaimer
Adore is a wellness and self-development app. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help immediately.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stay Close Travel Far LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through a notice in the app or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Stay Close Travel Far LLC and govern your use of the Services, replacing any prior agreements between you and Stay Close Travel Far LLC in relation to the Services.
