Privacy Policy

Effective as of August 17, 2026

Welcome to Adore (the “Platform”). The Platform is provided and controlled by Stay Close Travel Far LLC (“Adore”, “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains:

  • What information we collect and why we collect it
  • How we use this data
  • Where we store this data and for how long
  • Who we share data with
  • What rights and choices you have regarding your data

What Information We Collect

  • Email communications: If you contact us by email, we may use your email address to respond to you.
  • Purchase information: If you subscribe to Adore Premium, payment is processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment information directly.
  • In-app content: Your onboarding answers, affirmation preferences, and any custom affirmations or manifestations you write are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this content to our own servers.
  • Device and advertising identifiers: With your permission (via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt), we collect your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) and share it with our advertising partner, Meta, to measure and improve the performance of our ad campaigns.
  • Purchase and subscription history: Information about your subscription status and transactions (such as trial starts, purchases, and renewals) is shared with our analytics and advertising partners, Meta and Superwall, to measure app performance and ad campaign effectiveness.
  • Usage and product interaction data: Information about how you use the app — such as app opens, screen views, and paywall interactions — is collected by our third-party service providers, Meta and Superwall.
  • Approximate (coarse) location: Our subscription analytics provider, Superwall, derives an approximate location (such as city, region, or country) from your device’s IP address, used for analytics and to localize pricing/currency.
  • Crash and diagnostic data: Basic crash and performance data may be collected by Meta’s SDK to help us identify and fix technical issues.
  • Anonymous and user identifiers: Our third-party providers assign anonymous identifiers to your device/session (such as an anonymous ID or app user ID) to enable analytics, personalization, and ad measurement.

Third-Party Service Providers We Use

Adore integrates the following third-party SDKs to operate the app, process subscriptions, and measure advertising performance:

  • Apple (App Store / StoreKit): Processes all subscription payments and manages your App Store account. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”): Used to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. With your consent, Meta collects your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), along with purchase, subscription, and usage data, to measure ad effectiveness and attribute app installs to ad campaigns. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Superwall, Inc.: Powers our subscription paywall and provides analytics on paywall performance, conversions, and subscription revenue. Superwall may collect device identifiers, purchase history, approximate location (derived from IP address), and app usage data. See Superwall’s Privacy Policy.

We do not build or operate our own servers to store your personal in-app content (such as your affirmations or manifestations) — that data remains on your device. The data described above is instead processed directly by these third-party providers for the specific purposes described in this policy.

Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and App Tracking Transparency

The first time certain features are used, Adore may ask for your permission to track your activity across apps and websites, using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. This lets us share your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) with Meta to measure how effective our advertising is.

  • You may decline this permission at any time you’re asked, and you may change your choice later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
  • Declining tracking does not limit your ability to use any feature of Adore. It only limits our ability to measure ad campaign performance tied to your specific device.
  • If you do not grant this permission, no advertising identifier is collected, and Meta receives only aggregated or non-identifying information, consistent with Apple’s platform requirements.

Why We Collect This Information

  • To provide and maintain the Services
  • To respond to your messages and support requests
  • To process subscription transactions via Apple
  • To measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns
  • To understand how the app is used so we can improve it
  • For other purposes related to our business operations

How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver and personalize your affirmation experience
  • To communicate with you about your account or support requests
  • To process your subscription and transactions
  • To measure advertising effectiveness and optimize our marketing spend
  • To evaluate app performance, fix crashes, and improve stability
  • To determine and localize pricing shown to you based on your approximate region
  • To comply with legal obligations

Where We Store Your Data

Your personal in-app content — including your onboarding answers, Go Deeper responses, My Person selections, Favorites, and custom affirmations — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers and do not store this content remotely.

However, certain data described above (device/advertising identifiers, purchase and subscription events, usage data, approximate location, and crash diagnostics) is transmitted off your device to our third-party service providers — Apple, Meta, and Superwall — for the purposes described in this policy. This data is processed and stored by those providers under their own respective privacy policies, linked above.

How We Protect Your Information

We take security seriously and implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. Data that remains on your device is under your full control at all times. Data shared with our third-party providers is transmitted and processed in accordance with their respective security practices and privacy policies. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we encourage you to keep your device secure.

Children’s Privacy

Adore is not intended for children under the age of 9. We do not knowingly collect personal information, device identifiers, or advertising data from children under 9. If you believe a child under 9 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable in-app content to outside parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

We do share certain data — as described above — with the following categories of third parties:

  • Apple: For processing subscription payments and managing your App Store account.
  • Meta: For advertising measurement and campaign attribution, limited to the device/advertising identifiers, purchase, and usage data described above, and only where you have granted tracking permission.
  • Superwall: For subscription paywall functionality, revenue analytics, and conversion measurement.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, court orders, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, some or all of our assets — including data described in this policy — may be transferred to a third party.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or delete your personal data
  • Ask us to stop or limit the processing of your personal data
  • Opt out of advertising tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device
  • Reset your local in-app data at any time via the app’s settings, or by uninstalling the app

Since your personal in-app content is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by resetting your data within the app settings or uninstalling the app. To request deletion of any data our third-party providers may hold on our behalf, or to exercise any other rights described here, please contact us at the address below.

How Long We Store Your Information

We do not store your personal in-app content on our own servers. Data stored on your device remains there until you choose to delete it or uninstall the app. Data shared with our third-party providers (Apple, Meta, Superwall) is retained by those providers in accordance with their own data retention policies. If you contact us by email, we may retain that correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.

Links to Other Sites

Adore may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app or updating the effective date above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
